WHAT IS YOUR PRICING POLICY?
-Rates on rental items are quoted on a “per event” basis. Extended rental rates are available by calling an event specialist.
WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY/PICK UP POLICY?
-Delivery and pick-up are available. This fee is based on or upon your ZIP code. Please call our event specialists for a round-trip delivery and pick-up fee for your area.
HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY?
-A credit card is required to be placed on file, and a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance of the order is due seven (7) business days prior to delivery. Customers who are picking up their items from our warehouse location can pay the final balance upon pick-up and they must present a drivers license and a major credit card. For established event professionals we offer a house account option and a tax exempt form available on our Resource Forms Page. We accept the following forms of payment: cash, personal and business checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
-If the order is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the delivery date of your order, your deposit is fully refundable less any consulting, site survey, or CAD drawing fees as agreed to. For cancellations made within 30 days of your delivery date, the fee is equal to half the cost of the order or a minimum of $500.00, whichever is greater. Special orders are non-refundable.
WHAT IS THE COST FOR DELIVERY?
-Delivery cost is determined by several factors that include location, amount of equipment being delivered, and time parameters. Last-minute orders or deliveries that require specific time frames may incur additional fees. Please contact one of our event rental specialists for a quote for your event.
IS THERE A CHARGE TO HAVE SOMEONE COME OUT TO OUR EVENT SITE?
-There is no charge for event consultations. One of our event specialists would be happy to visit your event site and help you determine your rental needs.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I MAKE MY RESERVATION?
-Reservations should be made at least 60 days before your event.
MY EVENT IS THIS WEEKEND, IS IT TOO LATE TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
-No! Although we recommend you make reservations 30 days prior to the event, we understand that last-minute events do occur. Please contact one of our event specialists right away so we can help accommodate your order.
WHEN IS MY PAYMENT DUE?
-You will be required to make a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due ten business days before the delivery date. Please contact us if you need special accommodations.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
-We accept check, cash, money orders and all major charge cards.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM WORK?
-Yes, many times we are asked to help bring your vision to life by creating or building something special for you. There are 2 approaches we take: the first is that we custom build for you to own. The second option is when Buori loves the piece so much that we will consider building it, renting it to you for your event, and then keeping it for our collection for future clients.
